Physical description: Snow flurry aster is a dense clump-forming plant with 1inch long and narrow foliage, covered with thousands of flowers in September. The flowers are 0.5 inch wide, many-petaled, daisy-like, white with yellow centers, and they attract butterflies and other benefial insects.

Optimal growing conditions: This plant grows easily in average, well-drained soil. It prefers full sun but tolerates some light shade, too. Snow Flurry Aster prefers dry soils, and will tolerate drought.

Susceptibility to pests and diseases: There are no serious pests and diseases problems for this plant. It has excellent mildew resistance.

Use: Snow flurry aster is an effective groundcover throughout flower beds, rock gardens, border fronts, cottage gardens, open woodland gardens or naturalized areas.
