Trichoptera. The caddisflies are reasonably well represented, with 44 drawers of pinned, spread specimens from throughout the world. The collection of Cornelius Betten was given to the university in 1957, accompanied by a library of trichopteran literature. Our alcoholic collections include over 4800 vials and there are 791 microscope slide mounts of adult and larval structures.
